Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Assistant General Manager (Finance): Must possess a Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Financial Management / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institution OR Chartered Accountancy (CA) from ICAI along with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Assistant Manager & Assistant Manager (Agriculture): Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Plantation / Agricultural Engineering / Cooperation / Veterinary Science / Dairy Science / Dairy Technology / Food Processing / Food Processing Technology / Food Technology / Food Science / Food Science & Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
Age Relaxation Provisions
Standard age relaxation limits beyond the upper age limit are admissible as per Government rules:
- PwD Candidates: Relaxation up to 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen (ESM): 3 years relaxation after deduction of military service
- APEDA Regular Employees: 5 years relaxation (with 3 years of continuous service)

Selection Process
A standardized evaluation scheme will determine merit standings for final selections:
- For AGM (Finance): A single-paper written test of 100 marks (Objective & Descriptive patterns combined, duration 3 hours) followed by a personal interview carrying 40 marks. Qualifiers in the written test are shortlisted at a 1:5 ratio.
- For Assistant Manager & Assistant Manager (Agriculture): A single-paper written test (100 marks) encompassing General Awareness, Agriculture/Agri-Export related topics, degree level subject-specific questions, and Essay/Précis writing. Written tests will be conducted in Delhi NCR.
