Eligibility Criteria & Experience Requirement
Candidates aiming to secure this prestigious role must meet the following qualification and experience parameters:
- Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a Graduate, preferably possessing a degree in Law, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations from a recognized university.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience handling disciplinary cases, investigations of complaints, framing charge sheets, interpreting CVC/DOPT/CDA rules, and presenting departmental inquiry cases before inquiry authorities.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have completed training courses in administrative vigilance organized by ISTM, DOPT, or CBI.
- Must be a retired official from Govt/PSUs who worked in IDA grade of Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000 & above (or equivalent CDA grades).
Age Limit & Monthly Salary
- Age Limit: The maximum age of the applicant must not exceed 63 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement.
- Salary / Emoluments: A consolidated pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month (Negotiable).
- Working Days: All working days of the week.
- Tenure: The initial engagement is on a contract basis for one year, extendable depending on performance and requirement.
