Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria as of 01.04.2026:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University or Institute is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years. Candidates must have been born not later than 01.04.2006 and not earlier than 02.04.1998 (both days inclusive).

Selection Process
The selection process for the SBI Apprenticeship involves two major stages:
- Online Written Test: Consists of 100 objective-type questions carrying 100 marks for a duration of 60 minutes. Subjects include: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th for every wrong answer.
- Test of Local Language: Candidates must be proficient in the specified local language of the state they are applying for. However, those who provide 10th or 12th standard mark sheets evidencing study of the specified local language are exempted from taking this test.
